Delivery speed is also getting shorter and even same day cargo is demanded. There are two ways to meet these demands. How we work?

Before providing service to you, we visit your company by applying the principle of "GECHI GEMBUTSU" (go and see it), which is one of the basic principles of lean thinking. In order to form our basic opinions about your company, determine the scope of the project to be implemented, and get the opinions of the company management about lean thinking, we determine the project draft by having a meeting that will last 1 - 2 hours, a general visit to the company facilities and an exchange of views.

The SMED IMPLEMENTATION PROJECT proposal prepared by your visiting consultant is presented to the relevant authorized person one week after the visit.

Our consultancy service is provided directly on site. Although there are meeting room trainings, the real service is obtained through one-on-one practice in the field. All of our consultants are people who experience the results of lean production implementation in a permanent way.

A consultancy agreement is drawn up with the company before or immediately after the start of the project.
